We were at DCH Brunswick Toyota at areound 2:30 pm till 7:30 pm at night, where most time was taken by us on deciding and agreeing upon the price of the vehicle. This dealership is not honest with its customers. It arranges service appointments but does not honor them, you are simply put in line. In addition, a simple oil change take over an hour and then they arranges service appointments but does not honor them, you are simply put in line. In addition, a simple oil change take over an hour and then they try to upsell you service they say Toyota recommends but is not in the owners manual. Dealerships should recognize there is a choice and I will choose to spend my money elsewhere in the future. More
