I've had the worst experience with this dealership! I got a car that failed the next day. LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY THE ALTERNATOR FAILED, THE BELT SEIZED ON THE PULLEYS WHICH CAUSED BOTH THE WATER PUMPS I got a car that failed the next day. LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY THE ALTERNATOR FAILED, THE BELT SEIZED ON THE PULLEYS WHICH CAUSED BOTH THE WATER PUMPS TO FAIL ALSO. Toyota offered the bare minimum to "fix" the car. I'm constantly going back and forth from the dealer every week each month trying to resolve the MULTIPLE issues with cars coolant system and engine, DID I MENTION I ONLY HAD THIS CAR FOR 3 MONTHS, I BOUGHT THE CAR THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER. THEY SAID ALL THE PROBLEMS WERE FIXED ON THE CAR THE WEEK PRIOR! "ITS IN PERFECT CONDITION" THEY SAID. I bought the car back for the same issue yet again. They had to have the car taken to one of their sister dealerships cause they didn't have the proper tool to drain the coolant in the first place... Then they said "the car was diagnosed and has a clean bill of health". The following day the car had an oil change done and turns out the car has a slugged engine & metal in the oil after dropping the oil pan. THE CAR NEEDS A BRAND NEW ENGINE AND NEEDS TWO NEW TURBOS WITH THE TOTAL COST OF $36,000, WHICH IS MORE THEN WHAT I PAID FOR THE CAR. Toyota told me this has nothing to do with them and continues to leave me answerless & has taking weeks to return calls. Im still currently fighting this issue... More

He found the absolute best fit as opposed to the car that would net him the biggest commission. This is very different (and refreshing) as compared to other dealerships. The process was made about as simple as it could be. The sales process was fast and Stanhope walked us through the sale quickly and easily. Things were relaxed, unrushed, and made to be easy. It translated into the easiest experience I've ever had at a car dealership and actually made things work faster than they usually do. Other than wishing that this supply chain nightmare is over and that there would be more cars in stock, this was about as perfect as buying a car can get. More

Sunroof replacement turns into 3 weeks of nightmare. The cost is $4,900 = $1,300 in part + Labor My sunroof exploded on the highway, I called the second day and dropped the car off for quotation and r The cost is $4,900 = $1,300 in part + Labor My sunroof exploded on the highway, I called the second day and dropped the car off for quotation and repair. They said it will cost $2,400 (Parts and Labor) and I added a transmission fluid change ($800) They claim to have done the repair I went to pick up the car and the sunroof won't open and leaking air, broken glass everywhere, dented the car and I can hear a lot of broken glass still in the roof rolling around while I am driving Dropped the car off again and they asked for another $2,400 to remove the glass. After opening up a case with Toyota they claimed that they have told me not to drive the car (never happened, the car was at their facility for 3 weeks unless they told me to take it) Worst service, worst attitude (ex: the customer service told me when I was complaining "the insurance paid, you didn't pay", when I said I don't trust the transmission service you have done for the lake of care you presented they said, "Do you want me to drain the transmission fluid" and a lot of these examples) Just bad attitude, horrible service, doesn't take ownership of the issue, never said we are sorry just keep defending, making fake claims and accusation to get out of the situation. I wish I took more pictures, but I just didn't expect this!! REALLY if you care about your car don't even do an oil change in this place EDIT: New discovery (added a picture) ceiling light fixture can't go back in place, it is completely damage. EDIT: first time driving the car on a highway the sunroof is vibrating and leaking air while completely closed, I wish I can show you the video but google wont upload videos. Pathetic customer service. I went for an oil and filter change on 07/26/22 with my own oil. They took 3 hrs. to do the oil & filter change. My service advisor Geoffrey Suasnavas was pathetic. He doesn't know how to speak politely with their customer. He never once provided me an on my car in 2 1/2 hrs. I had to look for him and then he asks me my last name then takes me to another service advisor, who then goes back and check on the status of my car. He comes back and says it will be done in 10 minutes. But after half hour I had to go again and check with the other service advisor and he checks again and says the mechanic is pulling out your car. Which took another 10 minutes. The annoying part was that customers who came after me got their car before me. Never going back to them. If there was option than I would have given them negative star. Don't waste your valuable time. They don't give a xxxx how long you have to wait. Chetan Tailor More
