Highly unprofessional and a waste of time DCH Brunswick staff is highly unprofessional and have no consideration for customers. Don't ever work with their Internet sales staff in particular Larry Hart. Entire staff at DCH has a feel of arrogance in their faces and reflects in their communication. Yesterday I went to DCH after scheduling a time with their sales manager Anthony Lidondici. I was coming from 75 miles away. After reaching reception and talking to Anthony, he quickly set me aside and said someone will talk to me. I was then set aside, waited for 30 minutes, but no one showed up. And I walked out, without being noticed. Finally sent my note to Anthony for his unprofessional-ism. This was a similar experience I had with their internet staff. You as a customer felt like dirt, they have no customer skills. More

Check Engine Light Today I brought in my 2001 Toyota Camry because to the check engine light was on. It was my first time bringing my vehicle to DCH Brunswick Toyota Sci Today I brought in my 2001 Toyota Camry because to the check engine light was on. It was my first time bringing my vehicle to DCH Brunswick Toyota Scion and all the staff was very friendly and courteous; even ones who were not helping me directly greeted me with smiles and kind words. My father was there to take me home as a dropped my car off and even he stated as he was in the waiting room the staff was so friendly in greeting him and letting him know that there was free coffee and donuts. :-) In the addition the facility was very well kept and neat. The entrance to the service bay to drop off cars was exceptionally large and could fit about 12 cars roughly. In addition, it was covered so it's all weather which makes it nice during the winter or other inclement weather conditions. Parking lot and waiting room/lounge was large as well. It felt like this was another dealership in and off itself. Juan Martinez was my service agent and when he called me to explain the root cause of the light being on. I was so embarrassed and angry with myself to find out it was such a minor issue. I realize that it was something I could have easily resolved myself. Since the dealership performed a diagnostic analysis I had to pay for the service rendered. However, Juan and the service manager, Mike Olson, understood my frustration with regards to the fix being simple and worked with me on the fee for the analysis done.
