We had an excellent experience! I received a price quote online and when we went in person, we were matched up with Reagan Ayim, who was knowledgeable and professional. He worked hard to get the car we wanted at a price that we were happy with, and then Russell Hill, who helped us with the financial side, did the same. General Sales Manager Lisa Ocasio was friendly and made sure we were being helped with whatever was needed. Both men were personable, helpful, and professional. There was lots of laughter and storytelling, as well as respectful listening, and never any sales pressure. We are happy with our experience and thrilled with our new 2017 Prius 2! More

Bad costumer service and miss handled personal information. No one puts attention to a costumer while he looks confuse on the floor. And also I had my previous approved letter from my bank and without my concent they ran my credit. Very disappointed..there was no need to run credit. And also the used car almost broke the engine. The tensioner of the timing belt was out. It didn't say that on the inspection they did. More
