I purchased my car for the price I expected to pay! I actually purchased my car for a price that was very, very close to the price I wanted to pay! How odd is that!?! They really came through for me! Outstanding experience It was an excellent experience for me after running around all day in different car dealers. When I stepped into the DCH Toyota I felt like home. Ther It was an excellent experience for me after running around all day in different car dealers. When I stepped into the DCH Toyota I felt like home. There was no pressure of buying, there was no rushing from them. I actually went there 20 minutes before they close. They gave me ample time to decide my car and stayed one and half hour more to help me complete my deal. I specially want to thank Russell and Arnaud for their brotherly suggestions and outstanding service. I really appreciate that they waited late that night to help me get my car. I am so impressed. GREAT EXPERIENCE Usually when you go to dealerships the sales people only care about making money. Alex Gomez cared about me and what i could afford. He was very nice and understanding and made me feel comfortable. Wilson was my finance person. I told him what my budget was and he made it happen. He was hilarious I was having so much fun in there I didnt even realize the time. I was in and out. It wasnt an all day process.Definitely will be back. More

Got a decent offer for my trade in and ended up buying a late model certified used Sienna . DCH had plenty to choose from and made my experience there pleasant.
