Of all the car shopping experiences I have had, this was by far the best. John Grillo is a phenomenal person and General Manager. He sets excellent examples for all his staff and you can see how well they work together and help each other. Gaetano was our salesman and he made the experience so smooth and had excellent product knowledge. Steve worked so hard to find us the best loan rate. I felt they try to 'sell' you stuff you may not need to have done urgently. This has happened on multiple occasions with them. Their work though is very good when it is done. I find the service department to be very good for my 2006 Prius. (Though I've needed nothing more than routine maintenance) The work is done in quickly and in the time promised, for a fair price. I found Steve and Abe in the sales department to be knowledgeable and together they worked very hard to get me the car and the price I needed. The car was delivered on time and was exactly what I was looking for... even though I had requested some "out of the ordinary" options such as a premium sound package, special wheels and a towing package Low Pressure Sales. Great to deal with. Service Department goes out of their way to please. They were thorough and professional. Judy Hansen is an absolute pleasure to deal with. All in all, if you are looking for a Toyota, take the time to stop in and see the sales team at this dealership. More

I just purchased a brand new Toyota Matrix. I am in love with it. I went to the dealership with my parents and had the best experience. My sales person Vinny made us all feel like family. He showed me all of my options and was very patient and let me select the best one for me on my own. I looked around for other finance options before hand and he still gave me a better rate then all of them. My mom is also buying a car with DCH Freehold Toyota and she will be doing it with Vinny and Dennis. All of my referrals are going to the two of them. I know they will treat them the same way. The sales staff is very warm and friendly, and they have superb product knowledge. They are willing to answer any questions I have about the vehicles that I am looking at. Also, they are enthusiastic about what they do. When I entered the showroom, I was greeted by many sales personnel, who were kind and smiling. The sales people that I dealt with went out of their way to help me. They also followed-up (via telephone and email) after my visit to the dealership to assist me further with the decision of selecting a vehicle. All the managers are very kind, and they facilitated the process of purchasing my vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure I chose the proper vehicle. Orignally, I was going to purchase one car, but they advised me not to, as it was not as practical for my needs. I am glad they told me not to buy the other car because I would have regret it and need to pay more for gas. Other Toyota dealerships do not come even close to the quality of service and personnel that Freehold Toyota has. I went to another dealership, as I am sure most other people do, and I was very unhappy. The people were unfriendly and cold. They did not even pull-up the correct vehicle that I was interested in to the front of the dealership. Again, Freehold Toyota cannot be compared to other Toyota dealerships in terms of quality, atmosphere, and service. Overall, I would give Freehold Toyota an A+!! They made me feel welcome, respected, and comfortable. I hope to purchase more vehicles from them in the future, and I will recommend them to all my friends, relatives, and other people who are looking to buy a Toyota or Scion.
