I would rate 0 stars if I could. Our salesman’s name was Isaac, and he and one other salesman basically said anything and everything just to get us to go into the dealer. I don’t feel they care about the customers, it’s all about a sale!!! I regret purchasing my car with them. My family has bought several cars from this dealership. We will no longer go to this dealership due to the terrible experience we had a couple months ago. The lack of communication and the unprofessionalism we experienced with a couple of the salesman and one of the managers was something we never experienced at any other car dealership. Purchasing a car is a stressful experience in itself, but making the purchase at Gardena Honda made it even more stressful! Absolute worst dealership!!!! More
I would not recommend Gardena Honda. I went in with a pre-approval from my bank for a specific vehicle after calling ahead and being told it was available, but once I arrived, I was push I went in with a pre-approval from my bank for a specific vehicle after calling ahead and being told it was available, but once I arrived, I was pushed toward a much more expensive new car that was outside my budget. I was pressured to stay when I tried to leave, ended up paying $1,500 in down payments, and later received a letter saying the deal had not gone through. When I tried to return the vehicle and get my trade-in back, the dealership kept delaying, avoided giving clear answers, and pushed new contracts instead. To make matters worse, Miguel in finance promised that payoff and funding checks would be sent, but my bank later said they never received them. When I followed up, all I got was a thumbs up. The dealership also asked for a 5-star review in exchange for a full tank of gas, which felt inappropriate and manipulative. This process has dragged on from February 23 through April 13. It was stressful, misleading, and deeply unprofessional. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious. Customers should not have to chase down basic answers, question their paperwork, and be pressured into leaving positive reviews just to get decent treatment. More

I was supposed to get a free tank of gas for completing a survey. I did and wast told that I had to do it within three weeks. I asked was there a specific time we had to come because we live in Palmdale, she survey. I did and wast told that I had to do it within three weeks. My husband and I drove down last weekend because our nephew had a bday party. They closed after 5 and we got there not too long around 4:30. The guy told us that it was after 4 and the people who handled that were gone at 3pm today and he couldn’t help us. Luckily I spoke to my girl Melz (Mellie), she is such a gem… Her customer service skills has always been on point!!! See, Honda is going to findddddd a way to pull me back in to lovin ya’ll, just so happened this time around, it’s cause of Melz… She fixed my issue, I’m smiling ear to ear, and if you’ve seen the gas prices these days, you will understand why… any little bit helps. I bought my first Honda in 1983. At Gardena Honda. And 2 others over the years. Amalia was our sales person this time and she was very helpful and informative.
