Staff was friendly and helpful getting my recall done. Terrible experience! They called me 12 days after I signed a lease saying it was never funded and told me they had a finance option. When I arrived, they had a contract w They called me 12 days after I signed a lease saying it was never funded and told me they had a finance option. When I arrived, they had a contract written out with the van above MSRP as well as 3 different type of add ons. When I begged for a lower price, asked them to remove the add ons so I can have a more affordable payment, the finance manager reiterated that was the contract that made sense for them as a business. Ultimately, I returned the car (thankfully) but I continue to be flabbergasted at his audacity to sell me the van at such a high price and include the add ons automatically only because he knew I needed the car as a single mother of 5. He also said things like, we have to negotiate. As I told him, I understand it is a business but for him to call me on the 12th day that my deal was cancelled, sell me the van at such a high price and illegally include his add ons is so grotesque. With his original proposal, I would have been paying over $80k for a $46k van. May this man as well as the finance director (he lowered the price van but refused to remove the add ons despite me requesting to do so) learn some basic empathy for the next victims that have the misfortune of going into their office.
