I visited this dealership prior to Christmas to purchase a vehicle and provided a deposit. I was initially informed that I was approved, but later told that the approval was no longer valid. Since then, I h a vehicle and provided a deposit. I was initially informed that I was approved, but later told that the approval was no longer valid. Since then, I have repeatedly followed up regarding the return of my deposit and have received inconsistent information and ongoing delays. I have visited the location multiple times and waited several hours on each occasion, only to be given excuses. I have also made numerous calls and sent texts to Ivan Dexter, but he is often unavailable, out of the office, or does not respond. The amount of time and money I have wasted traveling back and forth exceeds what it would have taken to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. More
