To me I think they need more training. William should have called us with an update on the parts that were ordered for our car. It's been a week. The cashiers don't know how to file. Our papers were filed under W for William not G for Guerra. They could not find our paperwork until they looked under the agents name. Should have been filed under our name. They thought it was funny. I was a teacher for 32 years, did not think it was funny. You always need to be professional when you work with the public. We have bought seven Hondas from Gardena and years ago there was no problems. More
