I came in to get my vehicle checked out because there has been a pop up on the dash that says the system update has been unsuccessful and to see the dealership. When I got there the service advisor Will told been a pop up on the dash that says the system update has been unsuccessful and to see the dealership. When I got there the service advisor Will told me there was not solution to the problem and that for now honda would not take action because it hasn’t been a big problem with other vehicles? He was not very helpful with my problem and waited 2 hours for nothing. More

My sales associate Gavin did a great job working with me and understanding my process. I am a buyer who comes to the table completely prepared and I know exactly what I want and what I will pay for it. Gavi and understanding my process. Gavin understood that I had done my homework and the process could have been very simple until , by requirement a floor sales lead was forced to get involved. In a matter of minutes his unprofessional way of communicating blew up the deal. I wont go into details but you should never talk down to a customer. Gavin was able to save the deal despite my absolute intent of walking away. I also had a great experience working with JR the gentlemen who handled all the final paperwork. Definitely, not the best experience Ive ever had but I would recommend Gavin and JR and this dealership. More
If I had only dealt with Tony, this would have been a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, due to my interactions with others, I had to knock it down a star. My assigned rep (or whatever the role was) came 5-star experience. Unfortunately, due to my interactions with others, I had to knock it down a star. My assigned rep (or whatever the role was) came across as rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, and I didn’t feel heard at all. On top of that, the technician who installed my windshield did not clean up afterward, there were rubber pieces left throughout my car. I ended up escalating the issue to Tony, who was incredibly helpful and resolved everything quickly and professionally. It’s very clear he’s in a leadership role, and his support made all the difference!! More
