It took three calls and a call to Honda headquarters to get my car in for the recall fix. You kept telling me that you did not have the part, but when I spoke to Honda headquarters they said they DID send get my car in for the recall fix. You kept telling me that you did not have the part, but when I spoke to Honda headquarters they said they DID send out the part and they got me an appointment that very day, while I was on hold on the phone with them! Now why was that? When I took the car in they said it may take two to four hours. It took less than an hour, I hope they did the proper repair. More
