Dianne was/is great I have had bad experiences previously leasing at a different dealership, but this experience was exactly the opposite. My new car was pulled around wh I have had bad experiences previously leasing at a different dealership, but this experience was exactly the opposite. My new car was pulled around when I got there, we hopped in and took a spin. Returning my old lease was no sweat at all, just a couple signatures and handing over the keys (I'll miss that civic). I went through the paperwork with finance while my car was getting detailed and then boom...I had myself a new Honda Accord Sport 2.0T. My lady and I hopped in and took off into the sunset...JK it was only about 1:30 since the service was so fast and we went to the grocery store. Sunset will be had though! Thanks Dianne and everyone at DCH...I'm going to try and get my Mom over there to pick up a Pilot :) More

Great Service! Erik helped me out. Super attentive and his time estimates were on point. He followed up throughout the day and took care of my ride to work. Service Erik helped me out. Wheel well issue and outstanding and timely repairs On a Thursday Afternoon the left front wheel well liner slipped down and was rubbing on the wheel and the road. I was able to limp home and called to make an appointment. I got right in for the next morning and dropped it off with Crystal. She was very helpful and told me that once they got the car up in the air she could give me an idea of cost. She also recommended some regular maintenance that should/could be done while it was there. She didn’t pressure me to do anything beyond what was needed and kept me in the loop as far as estimated costs and timeline. It is hard to be without your car but the repairs were done before noon on Saturday and the people at DCH Honda made me feel very welcomed. I try to do all my maintenance with them and it is great to have then in the neighborhood. Thanks. More

Low Tire Pressure The icon came on the dash notifying us that the tires needed air. We added air to the specs stated on the tire and thereby overfilled the tire! Also didn't know that the dash board alerts needed to be recalibrated to disappear. DCH reset tire pressure to the specs listed on the vehicle's door and reset the dash notice. And did so at no charge., Thank you DCH! More
