I have been generally happy with the service of my vehicle but have no idea what you are thinking with your new check in process. I was there last week to speak with someone about my problem and wait vehicle but have no idea what you are thinking with your new check in process. I had to go home and research the issue online and found the answer in a CRV Owners Forum. I made an appointment for service and again waited for over 30 minutes for a service tech.
