Eric in the service department was very helpful and thoroughly explained everything before and after my service was complete! Unfortunately she is not as professional as the cashier I have worked with in the past. She was socializing with other workers when I went to the desk. And instead of giving me her full attention right away she completed her socializing before she gave me her full attention. Also I didn't appreciate her lack of discretion when she announced very loudly the total for my bill.. I would appreciate more some discretion and respect for my privacy. More

I wish I had been reminded about discounts available though. While paying our bill my wife asked if I used any coupons, which we usually do. But this time I forgot to check. The cashier heard her and said "Do you belong to Costco?" I said yes. She said, "wait a moment then. I will recalculate your bill taking into account a Costco discount." This is the first time I ever had a Costco discount at a Honda Dealer so I was unaware I was eligible. Due to this fortuitous comment by my wife and the diligence of the cashier, we received a $72 discount. I was very pleased about that but wish I had known sooner. I almost paid the bill without the discount. That would have been unfortunate. Somehow, I think I should not have needed to ask about discounts. It would be very helpful if the dealership employees would ask before charging the full price. I hope you can take this suggestion seriously. More

The whole process was great. We also take our car to service, and they always do a great job. They explain in detail what is being done and what its going to cost (you can select if you want to have it done there or somewhere else). Prices are great and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. No complaints here. More
