I have serviced all four of my Honda vehicles (2004 Civic, 2010 CR-V, 2017 Pilot, and 2021 Pilot) at DCH Honda of Mission Valley going back to 2004. My current service advisor, Kai Cabigon is the man!!! I text him with my service needs, he tells me to come in, and he confirms what services are actually needed. Dealership service prices are on the higher side, so I don’t get all my services done,’but the majority of them including recalls, oil changes, transmission fluid flushes, and etc. are done by DCH. My most recent vehicle, the 2021 Pilot was purchased here as well. I hope to continue patronizing DCH as long as the services rendered are of high quality and prices are comparable. More

I found out that they have have loaner cars and plan on taking advantage of it n cut time. My salesman is the one who informed me about it, not the service center. Yet, the service center should have been the ones to get form me. It’s difficult to get thru to the service department. I usually have to leave a voicemail. They’ve returned my call promptly. More
