DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!! They are basically criminals in uniforms. They gave me a quote of over $500.00 of service needed on my Honda that was totally FALSE. You go in with a minor basically criminals in uniforms. They gave me a quote of over $500.00 of service needed on my Honda that was totally FALSE. You go in with a minor problem and leave with a major problem. I went down the road to another mechanic and he charged me NOTHING for the service. He said that someone had tampered with my car and that was the cause of the problem. DCH Honda of Oxnard service group was the last service group to work on my car before I took it in to a honest mechanic. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR SMILES AND PRETEND ADVICE. More
The personal was very helpful and supportive. I went to the service parts center to get my Honda 2004 fixed. The locks in my doors were not working and I had a problem with my back passenger window, I was the service parts center to get my Honda 2004 fixed. This was my second time getting my car serviced with dch honda of oxnard. Their service was friendly, conveniently close to my home, and there were refreshments available which made it nice. I bought a 2008 Honda Civic Jan 13. 2012. I pre-paid for installation of a car alarm. Ron Anthony gave all the information to Rose the Service Manager. I had told Ron that I was off on Friday the 20th and w installation of a car alarm. Ron Anthony gave all the information to Rose the Service Manager. I had told Ron that I was off on Friday the 20th and would like to do that in the morning. Rose called me on Tuesday Jan. 17th and left a message that I was scheduled for 9:00 am on the 20th and that it would take about 3 hours. She also stated that if this time was not convenient to call and they would re-schedule. I took my car there on Friday at 9:00 am. Rose got all the information needed and took my cell number to call me when the work was completed. I got a phone call from her at 11:00 am that all the work was done. When I picked up my car, I was given a small handbook on the alarm itself and was in and out quickly. First of all, I want to thank Ron Anthony for going above and beyond in customer service and secondly, I would also like to thank Rose and the service department for a hassle free installation!! Rose Siela makes all the difference in the service department. She must be one of the most caring service managers at any dealer out there. I can only imagine the patience and thick skin she must hav department. She must be one of the most caring service managers at any dealer out there. I can only imagine the patience and thick skin she must have to dealer with thousands of customers in Ventura county yet she treats you as you are her most important customer and remembers your name. In all honesty, after a questionable experience, we considered getting our Honda service elsewhere, but after the length Rose went to to earn back our business, I can see us going anywhere else. We've been loyal ever since. If you bring your Honda there for service and are unhappy, don't write them off until you've had a chance for Rose to listen to your needs. She'll make things right. More
Took my Honda S2000 in for the recalls but when I received my car there were many problems. -Right Tail light did not work, probably a bulb, but it was fine before I brought it in. -Center glove bo received my car there were many problems. -Right Tail light did not work, probably a bulb, but it was fine before I brought it in. -Center glove box would not close with ease, I have to force it in. -Secret compartment is not aligned so when you open it, there is a gap between the front pocket and the trim a round it. -Car was driven for half a mile, why would it be driven for half a mile if it was just for fixing the recalls? -Slight front under bumper scrape on the left side (looking from the front of the car), probably hit a speed bump or something. -Cigarette lighter cover was broken off. -Door step trim panel on passenger side has a missing clip that holds it to the body of the car, (but I just ordered some online so I wouldn't have to bother with it). Clint Stremcha was very nice, since I first came in to make an appointment till the day I picked up my car. When I came to get my car, I checked over everything to make sure it was good, but I found a problem and reported it to Clint. He called over "Sid", or however it is spelled and asked about the cigarette lighter cover being broken off. After, he told me that it was from moving many things around, I just let it go and went back to my car to look for other things. I found out that the glove compartment door and secret compartment pocket was not aligned, so here I come running back to his desk. I explain my situation and he then tells me to come back the following Monday with my car and any other problems so he can fix everything. I'm guessing "Sid" is the guy that was working on my car, he is a terrible repair guy. He should take care of customers's cars better. I had a bad experience, and next time I will be asking for him to not work on my car. But on the bright side, I did get a free car wash and my recalls were fixed. I recommend not having "Sid" work on your car. But that's just my 2 cents. More
Awesome esperience. Complete customer satisfaction from the time I talked to Clint on the phone until all repairs were completed. I have never filled out a customer satisfaction survey but this is worth t the time I talked to Clint on the phone until all repairs were completed. I've given this rating because everytime I've visited the service department I have been given EXCELLENT service. Martin Esparza is always quick to handle any issues that i may hyave with my car.
