By chance I looked through the DCH Kay Honda website and found what looked like a low mileage 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan. My wife and I stopped by after work and the initial salesman, Brandon, couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He allowed us to drive around town and then the highway to get a feel for the vehicle. When we decided to buy my wife and I were not looking forward to the dreaded salesman haggling. Jeff Gutkind could not have been nicer. After the normal back and forth, we agreed upon a price and before you knew it, I was driving off the lot with our new (used) family minivan. Vinny and Jeff Have the sharpest pens in Monmouth County. I dropped by just to window shop on my day off and ended up meeting Vinny and Jeff. They gave me a very fair value on my trade in against a very fair asking price on a nice Volvo. I wasn't planning to buy a car today but the total experience and the deal made me a buyer.
