Search for Certified 2011 Honda Civic EX I recently went to my local dealer with my 21 year old son to try to find a Certified 2010 to 2011 Honda Civic. The salesman said well these are your options. I told him you forgot one and we left. We began an internet search looking for our ideal car with the price range I wanted to pay and stumble across DCH Kay Honda. They had a full photo gallery with detailed descriptions that I set up an appointment and traveled 1 1/2 hours from New York just to take a look. I didn't regret it. The salesman Steve Severio was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I even saved an additional $500 through the Costco Auto Program. My son got what he wanted - a car with alloy wheels, moon roof and a spoiler. Most importantly I got what I wanted a reliable Certified Honda at a reasonable price. The salesman and sales manager seemed disinterested and we certainly wanted to buy a car more than they wanted to sell one. Their casual attitude included not returning phone calls and absolutely no follow up from the dealership to try to make a deal. We took our business elsewhere and had a much better experience - there are way too many Honda dealers in the area to settle for this type of indifference. Very disappointed that so much has changed at Kay Honda - I will not return. More
