I never felt uncomfortable or unvalued as a customer. Phil listed to what I was looking for, and offered different options. I actually didn't feel like I was buying a car, if that makes sense. Phil made the experience awesome. He knew everything about the car and showed every detail the car has from how the navigation worked to the side mirror blind spot feature.
