I would like to commend the professionalism and courtesies I received at this dealership from both Ray Furslew and Mike Lyttle. They both were extremely funny, sympathetic when needed and truly understanding of my needs and gave me their full attention. I went there so apprehensive and left there so pleased. Ray would not let me leave the lot until every detail of my vehicle was explained to me and even would not let me leave until I phoned my husband to tell him I was now getting on the road. You can not find a young man with better qualities than this. As far as financing goes, I was explained more than twice what i was signing, asked if I had any questions and Mike Lyttle another fine young man only allowed me to sign after I called home to discuss with my husband and be assured I was fully pleased with my decision. I have never dealt with a dealership who provided enough time to me, for me to be happy with my tradein and purchase. I hope this dealership knows how lucky they are to have these two men under their roof and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to visit this location ( I have been to others) as they will leave with a sense of peace and confidence in their purchase as I did.
