I went to 2 dealers shopping around before I got to the DCH Kay Honda . I worked with Will Daniels and he was very good. Salesman Jeffrey Gutkind is a straight shooter with a very pleasant disposition, the man is very patient and took me step by steps thru all the hoops and curves that were there to navigate and when it came time to close the deal as with any other deal we were not really seeing eye to eye but with his vast experience and with the help of his manager we all found a very comfortable middle road and we were able to close this deal, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the monthly payment that they worked so hard to get for me. I will gladly recommend Jeffrey Gutkind and his top notch team any way of the week, again thanks for your patience and for giving me such a great experience. I came to Mike looking to lease a new 2014 Honda Accord. I was on a tight budget and wanted to keep my payments in the same range of my previous Honda lease. Mike listened to every concern that I had and worked with me to come up with the best deal possible. He was completely honest and there was no B.S. or challenging. He reviewed and matched every other deal I had been offered at other dealerships. Gene also worked closely with us on the fine details and securing the car. He was personable, patient and understanding, answering every question I had in detail. After doing the paper work for a Honda Accord LX, I ended up changing my mind. I was unhappy with the LX model when it was delivered and chose to switch it for the EX model. Mike and Gene did everything in their power to make sure I was happy. They were beyond accommodating in making sure I got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted in a timely manor. No challenge I threw at them was too big. But I also did a lot of research on various dealerships and I am glad I came to DCH Kay Honda. It was a long drive from Brooklyn, New York, but certainly worth it. The person who made a HUGE difference is Mr. Nader Awad, the sales associate who helped me purchase my car. Mr. Awad has one quality that you don't often find in salesmen: he listens to customers. He must have realized that I came prepared, with printouts from Edmunds and Cars.com in hand, and he gave me a chance to speak. He did not interrupt. He did not try to "engage" me, he did not try to "challenge" me, he did not "sweet-talk" me, and he did not B.S. me. Instead, he was a professional in the pure and simple sense of the word. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle; I got all my answers from him. Mr. Awad was GOOD! After I purchased the car, I had two chances to call DCH Kay Honda. First, I wanted to find out if the license plates were on their way. I called and left a message. Mr. Awad called me back in 17 minutes! He explained that it took so long because he went to find out the tracking number for me. I was very impressed. Second call I made was to thank him for his courtesy call. That's right: he called just out of courtesy to ask how I was enjoying my car. My wife spoke with him and said I like it very much, and I later called him myself, because I appreciate it. Bottom line: it was a very positive experience and Nader Awad of DCH Kay Honda made it more positive yet! More
