I bought a Honda Accord Coupe 2011 in 2010 and recently decided to do a trade and buy the new Honda Accord Sedan 2014. I went To Scott at the same dealership I previously bought my last vehicle at and Scot decided to do a trade and buy the new Honda Accord Sedan 2014. I went To Scott at the same dealership I previously bought my last vehicle at and Scott was one of the most honest, trusting and hard working salesmen there that I have come to know! I am completely satisfied and extremely happy with my new car and the price. Scott worked extremely hard to make sure I walked out of his dealership with a big smile on my face. I have been a DCH Kay Honda customer since 2010 and I will continue to be a customer there. Not only do I love Honda's but I love each and every person working there. The service and sales department is amazing and always works hard to make sure you are a happy customer. I just wanted to say thank you Scott for all that you did for me and making my new car possible - I know you will make all of your customers just as happy as you made me and continue to recommend you as I will! Thank you again! Sarah. More

Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership from start to finish! I am not one to complain and I have never written a review of anything online before. In this case, I had to because they brag about start to finish! I am not one to complain and I have never written a review of anything online before. In this case, I had to because they brag about their great ratings, saying "they're even posted on our website". First of all, the ratings posted on their website are filtered so that only five star ratings appear (obviously). So about my experience; I walked in, and it took a good 10 minutes to flag down a sales rep. He then told me he was busy and directed me to another representative currently on a personal cell phone call. I knew exactly what car I wanted to look at/test drive, so he pulled it around. As I was driving the car out of the lot, whoever was appraising my trade in was backing it out the parking space and came within a foot of backing it into the test driver in front of me (thank god the person beeped!). On the test drive, I questioned the representative about what they require to consider the car certified preowned. He couldn't really tell me and responded with, "You know, its like tires an stuff". As we continued the test drive, I was mid-conversation and the rep's phone rang. Instead of ignoring the call he answered it. When he got off the phone he proceeded to tell me, "Oh that was just my manager calling to let me know that my video game was in at game stop." He and his 40-something year old manager love playing Call of Duty on Xbox! He was even taking Friday off to play video games all day. Talk about unprofessional conversation!!! After the test drive we sat down to go over pricing and get an idea of payments, etc. They show you this whole animation on the computer that is meant to convince you that you're getting a great price. I had several questions, however every time I asked a question the rep had to stand up and walk over to the main desk to ask someone else who I assume to be the manager. Eventually, that person (a tall overweight man who's name I did not catch) came over to speak with me directly. In an extremely condescending tone he challenged me to find the same car at a better price and told me that "searching for the car online is the same thing as negotiating the price". I'm not sure how that makes sense. I told him that I had looked online immediately before I walked into the dealership, and I had seen another car, same model, one year newer, 5000 less miles, and a hybrid for $500 less. He got flustered and annoyed, told me it was a different car and then repeated his whole spiel about how the computer animation just showed me that they have the lowest price within 500 miles. First of all, the other car I mentioned was a hybrid, and therefore a more expensive vehicle. And what their little animation actually said was, "This car is priced $1000 less than the AVERAGE price of a comparable car within 500 miles. " $1000 less than the average does not mean you have the lowest price! What it means is about half of the other cars within 500 miles are priced higher than theirs. Half of them could also be priced lower! But I wasn't going to fight with them, by this point I already knew I wouldn't be buying a car from them. They then tried to convince me to put down a $500 deposit because its refundable and "this car will most likely be sold by the time you come back tomorrow." Along with the deposit, they just needed three signatures. They did not explain what I would be signing so I asked, "If I sign this are you going to tell me that I agreed to the original price of the vehicle"? Again the representative had to get someone else to tell me that, yes, that is in fact what I would be signing. I declined and told him I would think about it. Needless to say, that was several week ago and the car is still sitting there. He told me to make sure I come in early enough next time because he had apparently been forced to stay a half hour later than he was supposed it, and he sent me on my way, no hand shake or anything! So overall, they were rude, unprofessional, and inexperienced. I have dealt with multiple car dealerships including Nissan, Ford, and Jeep, and I have never had such a horrible experience. This time I decided to take my business a couple doors down to Circle BMW and what a difference! I understand that Honda is not a luxury brand, so I should have slightly lower expectations, but I am happy to say that I got a much nicer car with lower mileage for only a couple thousand dollars more. I was greeted by smiling faces immediately when I walked in, they directed me exactly where to go, they offered to get me coffee or water while I waited, they were not pushy or rude, and they were completely upfront throughout the entire process. I challenge DCH Kay Honda to post this review on their website. WON'T HAPPEN! Happy Hondadays! ;) More
