This was my first time shopping for a Honda after owning several Toyotas for 30+ years. Phil Holmes took the time to show me Honda CRVs. He described the various options, functionality and we went for a test drive as well. Phil was courteous, patient and explained the costs breakdown in detail. I also found the environment in the dealership very friendly. The closing process by Finance team was very clear with no hidden costs and several acceptable forms of payment. Overall, I recommend DCH Kay Honda for a professional and courteous buying experience. I'm sure to come back for my next Honda. :-) More

Myself and my wife went have bought two cars from DCH in Eatontown. the first car we bought was totaled which put us back in the market we bought the same year and model replacement but went to freehold honda to check their stock and that honda was no where near as warm and inviting and DCH Eatontown. We then went to Honda Paramus which The customer service their paled compared to even freehold the only only good person we dealt with was Micheal our sales Representative, But as great as he was we will not go there again only Honda Eatontown.We get our service done at the big Honda directly across the street and Natalie Morsey is just great patient and explains everything in long detail if you need it, to me that is great because I like to know what I am paying for and why. John made my purchase smooth and I saw him really try to work for the price I was going for, so Thank You John and I hope you and the family are doing well. We will see you next time. I tell everyone I come in contact with wanting a car about you and our experience. The used car sales director Micheal Clites is also awesome when it comes to customer service. I could tell he was real concerned about getting me the best deal for money and car value weather it was honda or not, which I really liked. John was very helpful. I found the Honda Pilot online and called John to make sure it was still on the lot and at the internet price. Since the car was used, i was also interested in knowing the conditi and called John to make sure it was still on the lot and at the internet price. Since the car was used, i was also interested in knowing the condition of the car and how many scratches or dings it had. John immediately located the car and called me to advise me of its condition. He held the car while we traveled 1.5 hours to look at it. When I arrived, John immediately came outside and explained the different features of the car. Unlike other salespeople, I did not find John pushy. At this dealership the salespeople can actually make deals. Although John had to consult with his manager, I always dealt with John and wasn't handed over to another person to close the deal. We negotiated back and forth for a bit, but in the end I feel like I received a very good price for the car. I was at the dealership for about four hours and John was very friendly, patient, and helpful the entire time. The next morning John called to make sure that we were happy with the car and that it was running well. I would definitely recommend John. More

I have not bought a car in twelve years. Let me tell you things have changed. The whole buying process is now very extensive, no more just signing on the dotted line. But DCH Kay Honda made this eexcruciating process more palatable. Everything I had to sign was fully, FULLY, explained to me and the finance person made sure I understood everything I signed. The process turned out to be actually somewhat pleasant and quick. Actually my whole experience with DCH Kay Honda progressed at my pace, not theirs. Everyone from the General Manager, Ray Disimone, down throughout his staff, were most pleasant. My salesperson Kevin McKenna was knowledgeable regarding all aspects on my chosen vehicle. All were interested in making the usually painful buying process more pleasant, less stressful. All my questions were answered and answered again if I did not fully understand whatever was being explained (and believe me a lot has changed with cars since I last purchased one). I did forget some things regarding my purchase and Ray did not hesitate to arrange for another “tutorial” on the car. I honestly don’t feel that I ever had such a painless and pleasant experience in making one of life’s major purchases. I would NOT hesitate to return to DCH Kay Honda for any other future purchases. BTW, my Honda Touring is an exceptional vehicle that I enjoy driving everywhere; I was previously a Nissan owner but have switched. More
