I want to acknowledge James for going the extra mile to help me receive compensation for an item that had to be repaired after we left the dealership. Since we live over 70 miles away from the dealership w help me receive compensation for an item that had to be repaired after we left the dealership. We were advised by that dealership that the service was not covered and we had to pay a bill of $69.82. I contacted James and advised him of the situation. James made sure we received compensation for the service which was not covered. More

Found a great vehicle, got a loan check from my bank by next day. I wanted visit the dealer with financed loan check to complete the purchase in one visit as it is half day trip for me. But this great vehi next day. I wanted visit the dealer with financed loan check to complete the purchase in one visit as it is half day trip for me. But this great vehicle got sold by end of the same day I contacted. I returned the loan check back to my bank and closed the loan. Might work better for local people as they do offer great price. My Internet research on Chrysler Crossfires for sale in the NY Metro area led to DCH Kay Honda because it advertised a very competitively priced used vehicle and it was a highly rated dealership. The online photos were very helpful and also showed a beautiful car that was very clean. My Internet inquiry was responded to immediately the following day. John Luberto, the salesman who called, did a great job keeping me updated on the auto's availability, since I was not able to visit immediately. When I finally did arrive to test drive the car, John met me and did an excellent job showing me the car and explaining its features. The finance manager, Victor Breen, was also quite helpful explaining options available with a purchase. My experience at DCH was excellent thanks to John and my experience so far with the car has been terrific. I can offer a full and hearty endorsement for this dealership following my experience at DCH Kay Honda. More
