I had a wonderful experience here at DCH Kay Honda. First, when i walked into the dealership, i was very comfortable. I did not feel like i was being looked at like a $$. The Sales Team was nothing but First, when i walked into the dealership, i was very comfortable. I did not feel like i was being looked at like a $$. The Sales Team was nothing but professional and friendly. My personal sales team was awesome. Anthony & Scott Wendling worked very hard to get me into the car that i wanted. Scott was extremely patient and very helpful. He was NOT pushy at all. Scott walked me through everything about the car. Anything that needed to be set up he did right away and explained it. I really am very pleased with my experience at this dealership. Being comfortable at the dealership and with my salesperson is very important to me. I couldn't be more happy then i am now. Kevin McKenna wa happier with the customer service I received. This was my fifth car purchase (4 Hondas) and was far and way my best experience. Kevin McKenna was my sales associate, and he did a wonderful job managing the sale. There was no pressure and all the facts were presented up front. No surprises anywhere. Patrick Connelly followed up to manage the financial transaction, and again that was a remarkably pleasant experience. All of the options, including one tailored to our needs, were presented. They handled the paperwork flawlessly including interactions with our insurance company, and I was out the door with my great new car. Bravo to DCH Honda. Your team does superior work! More

Just another amazing experienice at Kay Honda. This is my nineth honda. Couldn't imagine giong anywhere else. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted and Steve our salesman went right to work to make it ha nineth honda. Couldn't imagine giong anywhere else. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted and Steve our salesman went right to work to make it happen. After about fifteen minutes of a very friendly negotiation and with the aid of Mike the sales manager we settled on a price. My credit had slipped a little since my last car and being we went at night, Mike wasn't sure my credit would be approved. He told me he'd have to wait untilthe next day and talk to honda financing. The next day Andrew called and said because of ny 640 credit score he could get the financing at a tier two level. Although I had to pay a few extra dollars a month Andrew really worked the numbers to a place I was comfortable with. They also didn't charge me for any of the damages on my lease return which I had an estimate of 550 dollars to fix. I actually felt like I came out ahead of the game. That night my wife and I picked up the crv and everything was exactly like they said. Steve went through the car car with my wife explaing everything and connected her phone to the blue tooth. She said Steve could not have been nicer. I signed the paperwork with Edward who explained everything in detail and in a way I could even understand. All through the procee we were never pressured. The entire team went above board to assure a pleasant car buying experenice. My wife Maria and I couldn't be more thankful for the professionalism and courtsey which we were afforded At Kay Honda of Eatontown. This was my first time shopping for a Honda after owning several Toyotas for 30+ years. Phil Holmes took the time to show me Honda CRVs. He described the various options, functionality and we went for a test drive as well. Phil was courteous, patient and explained the costs breakdown in detail. I also found the environment in the dealership very friendly. The closing process by Finance team was very clear with no hidden costs and several acceptable forms of payment. Overall, I recommend DCH Kay Honda for a professional and courteous buying experience. I'm sure to come back for my next Honda. :-) More
