Had a Great Experience buyng a Used 2012 Toyota Tacoma from Jerry Ojedo ( Salesman ) & Victor Breen ( Finance guy ) . Both were straight shooters and gave me a very Fair deal. It was a Pleasure dealing w from Jerry Ojedo ( Salesman ) & Victor Breen ( Finance guy ) . Both were straight shooters and gave me a very Fair deal. It was a Pleasure dealing with those two professionals. Not pushy at all, answered all my questions and made me feel like they were selling this truck to one of their family members. 5 weeks ago my car was totaled in a hit and run accident. I was very stressed about finding another car. As soon as I pulled into the lot I felt a sense of relief as everyone was so pleasant. Before coming to the dealership I briefly talked to Greg whom is a manager and assured me that I would be very well taking care of. When I got there I met with a gentleman named Jeff Gutkind and he was absolutely awesome!! Being that this is the second time I was purchasing a car he made me feel very comfortable with explaining everything to me. He made sure that I knew everything about the car and all the ends and outs. I never felt pressure or a sense of unwillingness at all. When it is time for me to get another car I will definitely go back to DCH Kay Honda they are the best. I am giving this rating because I would like other young people (as I am a 24 year old female) to know that not all dealerships treat you bad and actually care about the customers they are dealing with. They work within your budget and will try everything to make the customer happy. Thank you Jeff and Greg you have made me one very happy lady! More

I saw a certified 2011 honda odyssey on their website which seemed very good in pictures at a good price. Set up an appointment and drove 100 mi to their store only to find an absolutely crappy vehicle. which seemed very good in pictures at a good price. All the four tires were worn out, brakes didnt work and there was some noise in the engine all along during the test drive. They insisted that it had been thoroughly serviced and printed out a fake list of services done on the vehicle. Maybe they thought I am naive that I dont know the services/repairs show up on carfax report, which did not. I told them I need to close the deal before 3 pm for my bank to finance, but with some pretext or other deliberately delayed past 3 pm ( apparently they get benefit if I take finance from their office so they made sure it is past 3 pm.) and started negotiations on the price when i told them i will buy if all the issues i pointed out are fixed. But they insisted that their service technician certified the vehicle and nothing more will be done. Their manager who came later was very rude and talked in an insulting way as if I cannot afford the vehicle and so making up stories. (I did buy the vehicle later from Planet Honda where the service is top class.). DCH KAY HONDA IS A SHAME FOR HONDA company. I would avoid even visiting their website as they post all kinds of lies and attract customers only to treat them unprofessionally if not cheat them. Trust me this store is total crap. More

We went shopping for a new car here with a set budget we had to stick to which is hard to do. The team at DCH Kay Honda which included Joon An, our sales man and Bill Lister the sales director worked incred had to stick to which is hard to do. They managed to keep us to our budget with one of the most enjoyable low pressure negotiations I have ever been in, including working with Pat Connelly the business manager for the final closing. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a honda, they make you feel like you are family and they have a fantastic staff!! More
