I was searching for a car for my 17 yr old daughter. I wanted something safe and reliable. I called and visited many dealers but Jay was the only one who took the time to call me back with answers. Everyone at Kay Honda was so helpful, even the manager came over to negotiate the last part of the deal. We left feeling pleased with the deal we made along with loving our new Accord LX. This was 4th lifetime car purchase (all different brands) and easily the least painful. Looked at both Honda Accord and Nissan Altima, so visited 3 dealers for each make after making initial inquiry through and easily the least painful. Andrew was only one of the Internet guys/gals who actually asked me any specific questions other than which car -- e.g. Trade-In, Financing, etc. so he knew my needs before I arrived as opposed to others who volleyballed me to a "Salesman" to waste my time asking those questions in person. Anthony Young the Finance guy was also easy to deal with as we worked out all the details -- it's his job to entice me to add extra services/warranties, but he did it in a very low-key, no pressure manner and gave me a price break on the one service (Road Hazard coverage) I did actually want.
