It's the first time I have dealt with DCH. Overall experience was very good. The sales person, Marty, was very helpful in answering all my questions. He was patient couteous and had a good sense of humor. I actually had a better price from another group but decided to go with DCH because of Marty. The finance guy, Chris, was very good as well. I know he gets paid to upsell, he was thoruough and courteous. First time I have not found unwanted items added to the financing cost. Key to our long term relationship for my wife will be the service area. We are scheduled for May. Their are two dealers in the area we will not visit because of her expereince getting the car serviced. Laura has already recommended you dealership to two friends. Thanks More

This was my third internet assisted purchase and what a difference. Used to dread the all day stupid game of bargining for an auto. It's time this whole industry grew up in that area. Makes you all look shadey. The internet experience is great. Receive a quote and then basically sign on the dotted line. My salesman explained everything. The best was he lived up to the internet quoted price. The young lady that handled the finance portion of the deal was extremly nice. Explained all aspects of the loan & interest. Was not pushey on the optional items (extended warranty, lojack) etc. I was presented with a clean (inside and out vehicle). My salesman explained all the bells and buzzers and service indicators. During my process to buy the car. The process took too long. On Friday, November 27, 2010 Terry knew I was coming at 10am to buy the car. I was 15 minutes late. Knowing already what car to prep, it should not have taken 3 hours to buy and leave with the car. I left the dearship little after 1pm. The waiting process needs to be streamlined. We received an offer in the mail for our upcoming Honda lease expiration in Jan. 2011 but decided to check out the offer because it was only running thru Nov 1/10. When we went to the dealership, Andrew was kind enough to go over our possibilities based on our monthly payments that we ended up with a good deal. We also came along with our oldest son (who was looking for a car) and after checking out some cars, we ended up with another lease for him too. So, we came in for one car and ended up with two because of the great team effort and ease of transaction. More
