I was dreading shopping for a new car because my experience in the past was not always good. I do not respond well to high pressure sales. However, my experience at Kay Honda was very pleasant. I went in once to test drive a Civic when I was considering other makes as well. Marc went with me on a test drive and explained the features of the car. He followed up the next day with a phone call to see if I had any questions and if I was still interested. A few days later I came back for another test drive, since I had narrowed my choices down to a Jetta or a Civic. Again Marc was very helpful and explained some of the features in the Civic that I would not get in a Jetta. I came in a third time to discuss price. I brought with me an internet quote from another dealer. Kay Honda was able to make me a similar deal, so I purchased the car there. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, and I did not feel the pressure I have experienced in dealing with other car dealers. Based on this experience I would recommend Kay Honda to friends or family. More

Surprisingly (in contrary to other dealerships we visited), we did not waste any time playing financial games. The number we had in mind was reasonably met, saving us hours of useless negotiations. The car was delivered on the spot within minutes after the contract was signed. It is worth mentioning that the dealership had quite a few color combinations to chose from so we did not have to wait for the car delivery of desired color combination. Our first one was bought in 1980 and was totalled in a very bad car accident in 1984 and we replaced it with another Accord that yr. which we had for 20+ yrs. Our salesman, Stephen Moore, was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated not having a high pressured sell. He took time in going over the vehicle and did not rush in spending time with us. The entire staff that we met (sales, finance, and service) was very cordial. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends even if it is not the closest dealership to them. Hopefully the service going forward will be as good as it has been so far. That will be the real test. From the reputation and awards that this dealership has won, I would expect it to be. More
