Years ago I purchashed a car from DCH Kay Honda and was completley dissatisfied.I don't know what made us return after a very ugly situation but I am very pleased that we did. If we stopped by the dealership unannounced other sales people were eager to help. JD not only gave us an extremley affordable deal on our new Honda Accord SE but treated us as any professional would. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to purchase a car from him. This is the 4th car that I have purchased from DCH Kay Honda. 3 new (including today's)and 1 used. Today I replaced a 2009 Honda Civic with a 2012 Honda Civic. Transaction was straight forward, DJ Johnson, my sales rep, gave me the information I needed to understand if the deal was a good one or not. I set the deal on Tuesday and came back on Thursday and everything was ready, transaction was speedy and aside from one small glich in the paperwork (which was corrected immediately) everything went down as it was supposed to. All in all, this is a really good dealership, and DJ is a really good sales person. If you want a straight forward salesperson, I would look for him in the showroom if you are looking for a car. I enjoyed my experience at DCH Kay Honda. I have owned a Honda since 1985 from this dealership. The salesman, DJ Johnson did a great job of explaining the CRV, making me feel welcome to the dealship and no Honda since 1985 from this dealership.
