Moreover, he made the paperwork quite easy. He brought in Andrew Ly and Armando Lopez, who were also professional, polite, articulate, and helpful. They handled the processing of the paperwork that comes with a new vehicle with alacrity, and made everything very easy to understand. Steve, Andrew, and Armando could not have made it a more pleasant experience and are a credit to the dealership and a great reflection on Honda. This is my second Honda. The first was a 1987 Honda Civic, which I had the pleasure of driving for more than 20 years, and I couldn't be more delighted with its descendant! Today I came into your business with the intentions of trading in my Honda Accord 2011 leased vehicle. I must say that my experience was very pleasant. With great success Steve was able to make me feel comfortable with my decision in trading my leased vehicle and placed me in another Honda Accord 2014 lease. Steve took the time to show me all the new options that the car offered that were different from my previous lease. Steve too helped me unload my leased car from all the things I had in it and placed it in the new car for me. I had very bad credit and was pretty sure I would be able to be approved for a vehicle that I would like. But to my surprise Brian had found a car that I was happy with.
