Poor service and poor communication Service not completed on my vehicle and I was not informed. Again it wasn't until I noticed that I was informed. They did accept responsibility and attempt to repair but the paint work was unsatisfactory. More

When I got there I was greeted by Nigel Payne who got my information and paperwork started. This was my first service with them so he waked me through what they would be doing. He was a great help, gave me an approx time when the car would be done and they were spot on. More

A short 10 minutes after requesting a quote on TrueCar.com, Alan Dowdy, the fleet and internet sales manager at DCH Kia of Temecula, was in touch with A short 10 minutes after requesting a quote on TrueCar.com, Alan Dowdy, the fleet and internet sales manager at DCH Kia of Temecula, was in touch with me and sending over quotes below MSRP. I knew I had to go in to see these deals for myself so I drove down to Temecula with the idea of test driving a Stinger GT before making any final decisions. Alan, being the fleet manager, is a very busy man, but he still took the time to introduce himself and arrange a test drive with Will Quiles. Will was extremely friendly and knew a lot about the cars he had available. We drove the Stinger around town and Will answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. When we arrived back at the dealership I was very satisfied with the drive but unsure of the color choices they had available. Because of this, Alan and the team at DCH Kia of Temecula worked diligently to offer me a deal I couldn't refuse. About a week after my purchase I am left extremely satisfied with my experience and my brand new car. Jacob sent me an email, told him the model, color and Trim I wanted, within the day, he had an out the door price for me, AAA discount, the Kia rebates, the dealer discount and it blew away anything I had gotten including Costco. And it was nice to handle stuff over in internet since Temecula is a bit of a poke from South Orange County. It worked out today that we were out that way playing golf, I had my buddies drop me off Jacob helped me right away, we got the paperwork going, the car was brought in from another dealer, prepped and ready to go, all within a DAY. But of a wait with the finance manager but when is that ever quick at any dealer espcially since it was a saturday afternoon and they had plenty of customers in front of me. In the meantime they had brought my car into an empty end of the showroom for me to look it over, I was very imressed with that and Jacob gave me a very well informed tutorial of the car. I like Sales people who know the product they are selling. Doing this over the internet, and dealing with the dealership was very painless. More
