Jacob sent me an email, told him the model, color and Trim I wanted, within the day, he had an out the door price for me, AAA discount, the Kia rebates, the dealer discount and it blew away anything I had gotten including Costco. And it was nice to handle stuff over in internet since Temecula is a bit of a poke from South Orange County. It worked out today that we were out that way playing golf, I had my buddies drop me off Jacob helped me right away, we got the paperwork going, the car was brought in from another dealer, prepped and ready to go, all within a DAY. But of a wait with the finance manager but when is that ever quick at any dealer espcially since it was a saturday afternoon and they had plenty of customers in front of me. In the meantime they had brought my car into an empty end of the showroom for me to look it over, I was very imressed with that and Jacob gave me a very well informed tutorial of the car. I like Sales people who know the product they are selling. Doing this over the internet, and dealing with the dealership was very painless. More

Service Department I made an appointment with Leslie to have my Perma Plate applied to car for the paint and the leather my appointment was for 1/3/18 at 7:30am. I brought my car in today at 7:40am and the service department was great! They told me it would be a 6 hr job and I would be able to pick it up at 12:00/1:00. My car was ready at 12:00 and the shuttle picked me up and dropped me off. I went in and was greeted by a nice person behind the desk and she took me to my car. Very professional service department, friendly. I usually do not like the service department due to the snotty people and people not wanting to be there. So far I am impressed. Thank you Cory Miller for recommending Kia and thank you Alan for showing me the car. Great job! More

GREAT PEOPLE/GREAT DEALERSHIP Last time I walked into a dealership was 11 yrs ago. I needed another car and went to Kia to see the cars my friend has a kia. I went in spoke to Cory Miller and test drove a car and really loved the car, he was helpful and explained the whole car. 2 weeks later he said to come in and see I could qualify for this rebate and I walked out with a new car that night. Alan helped me with my car, mats and went over the car with me. I had a problem brought it back and it was delivered to my work with a full tank of gas. They all took care of me and very nice and professional. I delivered my pink slip always greeted with a friendly hello and smile. I would recommend Kia and have them talk to Cory Miller and Alan. They were not interested in making a sale and I was not rushed but what I was looking for and I now have a nice car More
