2nd Car at DCH Temecula This is our 2nd car that we've bought from DCH in the last 2 years. The first purchase was with a young man by the name of Javier. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted, the terms and we were not desperate. We called and spoke to Javier and let him know what we were looking for. Didn't want to worry about any games or the old haggle and wear you down. He assured me they wouldn't and they didn't. I mean it's a dealership and they are a business, so some negotiations took place. But I've dealt with 8+ hour experiences before where you were completely drained. But it went very smoothly and they did exactly what they said. In our recent purchase we worked with Damien (sales mgr) and Greg (sales associate) and it went smoothly the 2nd time. In fact, we went there to buy a used car and got a lease for less. The whole transaction took less than 3 hours. It took longer waiting for the car to get prepped and gassed up. Both Greg and Damien were excellent to work with. Had some great convo with Greg as we were waiting. Nice guy and a pleasure to do business with. In both instances Bill handled our financing and he is a great guy. Had some great talks on politics, kids, grandkids, and life in general. No pressure and we got what we wanted. Very happy and would do business again! More

His knowledge of the vehicles and his happy outgoing personality really helped alot. His loyalty to his dealership and pride of the product should make the dealership proud...honestly I had just started looking for a car and if he hadn't helped me I wouldn't have bought it but he made me feel like I was getting a great car so I bought it I feel like I made a friend for life. I will definately do business with him in the future and have many people to refer to him thanks again Greg awesome job. More

Mike made sure that I received the discounts I inquired about, he also made sure as I added things t I presented a coupon I received to Mike Martinez. As a result, I was comfortable to add things to be done. Mike made sure the detailing was done perfectly. The car looked every bit as good as the day I bought it 40,000 miles ago from KIA of Temecula DCH. I trust Mike fully and recommend him highly to anyone wishing to service their KIA! More

The experience with the other KIA Dealership was disappointing, as if they were discouraging us from buying the car there. Pleasant Car Buying Experience Well, after 15 years of the same car, it came time to replace it. So we found ourselves at DCH Kia Temecula expecting to just see what is out there. Well, after 15 years of the same car, it came time to replace it. So we found ourselves at DCH Kia Temecula expecting to just see what is out there. I had looked and the Soul online and the ones driven by work colleagues, and figured they were worth looking at. Upon arrival we were greeted by Donny Worley who was quite personable and didn't have that "salesman" aura about him. We surveyed the lot and then looked at the Soul. The Soul sold itself for the price point. We then worked with Kris Freeman on seeing if the numbers would work. Again, Kris was also personable. While his job is obviously to try to have the customer leave with a new car, he pursued his goal without pressure. They did their job well as we did purchase a new Soul. There was no pressure, lots of help, and was quite a relaxed environment. Bottom line is I would recommend both the car and the dealership. More
