I was looking for a 2019 Ford Mustang GT with very specific options in a certain color so I knew I would have to work with a dealership not of my choosing and that I could end up with any sales person so I assumed with my luck I would get someone who was terrible and pushy and didnt know anything about the car but I got paired with Richard Morales and I couldnt have been more lucky. The whole experience went very smooth he was polite to both me and my girlfriend and he accommodated me being that I live a little far away from the dealership. I could also tell he took the time to learn a little bit about the car since it was a Ford in a Acura dealership and he knew a lot about the car. I thought I got lucky finding the exact car I was looking for with only 700miles on it but I also got lucky getting to work with a great sales person. I would definitely recommend Richard Morales to anyone. They also have a gorgeous Acura NSX in the showroom if anyone is interested, just ask for Richard! More

As I mentioned it had been a while since the last time I was in need of a vehicle, and I had a lot of questions. Which Lora had no problem providing me with the answers to every little detail I asked about. I went in thinking I already knew which vehicle I was getting and after seating in it, I was actually torn between the RDX and MDX. So she made sure I got to test both to get a better feel for them on the road. With no pressure by Lora and really just giving me great details between the two I ended up with the MDX (not the vehicle I thought I was going to get). Which that was another thing I really liked, her approach. She was pleasant to work with, and her pitch was not a pitch more like an informative conversation and it was not aggressive. Like you may hear about sometimes, just super friendly, informative and patient with my indecisiveness during that torn moment. All in all, great team all around and I would recommend Lora and anybody else for that matter at this dealership. Thanks for everything. More

We had just come from a small car lot where the owners were very curt with us. It was late but we noticed a car at DCH Montclair Auto and decided to go before it closed. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with genuine hellos and friendly smiles. Our sales person, Harry Jones, couldn't have been more helpful. He spent time with us answering all our questions which were numerous. He was very patient with us. We took the car out for the test drive. Allowed us to have private time to talk as a family. He made us feel very important to him. Harry worked with in our price range and was just as nice as could be. We bought the car that very night. He followed up a few days later making sure that we were still happy with the car that we purchased and if there were any issues that had arisen that he could help us with. There were none, It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely go back there in the future. I've already shared this positive experience with my neighbors. Harry, thanks for your help.
