Good Experience Worked with Paul Wong when buying a 2019 RDX. Paul and the other staff members I worked with were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Worked with Paul Wong when buying a 2019 RDX. Paul and the other staff members I worked with were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. During the test drive in downtown Verona, when I expressed concern that I was unable to really test it with all of the traffic and red traffic lights, Paul allowed me to extend the test drive onto 280 and back. Though the 2019 RDX is a new and popular model, I was pleased that the dealership was flexible during negotiations instead of holding a hard line. The only downside is that the entire process took five hours. Part of the delay was the bottleneck at the business manager stage. There is only one business manager for all customers - where they arrange the financing and you sign lots of documents. There was also a family ahead of us that took more time than usual, which made things worse. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and sales person. More
