I stopped by the Acura dealer in Springfield in Rt22, I was amazed how not 1 Associate ask About a week ago before coming to your location in Verona. I stopped by the Acura dealer in Springfield in Rt22, I was amazed how not 1 Associate asked if I needed any help. I looked around and come to find out there were no customer service whats so ever. However, I did notice when an older couple walked in it was a different story. That’s when I decided to take my business elsewhere. I came to Verona, NJ as I was referreed too. That’s when Mom and I met with Ms. Lovena Sangiovanni. She gave a nice welcome and was very helpful. Beverages was offered and it was just a perfect night and we got a new RDX 2019. All the best....and more power to all! More
