I purchased a used 2019 tlx 5-2-22, and needed service on 5-3-22. In and out of service for the past 6+mon. Engine light on for more than 4 months. From needing break fluid to needing 2 catalytic converters. I made my 1st and 2nd payments on my loan, while my car was in service. AC didn't work for the whole extremely hot summer. Many wouldn't believe just how much I went through. All the while I'm being told it takes time to get out of contract. Six months later I was told that if I wanted out of my contract my down payment would not be refunded and I would walk away with nothing, or may even a balance on loan to be paid by me. Feeling frustrated and defeated I allowed them to do what little they can and finally stopped fighting. I HAD A HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE FOR 6+MONTHS!!!. P.S.The "response" from DCH is a JOKE. DCH is cool with making you feel like a FOOL for dealing with them.I've called 1-2 times a day everyday since DCH'S "response", not even one call back.. Steve Hodossy must be a computer generated mythical entity. DCH continues to be the most regrettable purchase I've EVER made. Thank you DCH AND NOW STEVE HODOSSY FOR THE CONTINUED DISRESPECT!!! Had a relatively pleasant sales purchase however everything thereafter from this dealership is a 0! Couldn’t reach my sales, calls went answered and despite kindness was hung up on to avoid answerin everything thereafter from this dealership is a 0! No one calls, updated, multiple calls just for very basic information, have you seen or evaluated the repairs on a brand new vehicle with major technical issues and when it maybe ready 1 day 25 days whatever! But no one ever calls back or responds to messages other then Maureen, who takes the information and says expect a call back. Guess what never does. Avoid this dealership at all levels! More
I came to this dealership after a terrible experience at Springfield Acura. Bonnie and Sales Manager Mark took care of me, and the process of getting my new RDX was great.
