He was VERY detailed in his explanation of the features of the MDX during our test drive while others just tried to cut to the sale or confuse us. He went above and beyond any other salesperson we met. He made the process transparent and smooth with no high pressure sales tactics. We also received very fair prices for our trade ins. We highly recommend Harry as an honest, reputable salesperson who will make you feel comfortable during the buying process. Also the other people we dealt with at DCH Montclair Acura were all professional and knowledgeable which contributed to our 5 star rating and pleasant experience. We are so happy with our new MDX!!! My current car lease was u This was my best car buying experience ever! I stopped in the dealership on a Saturday looking to discuss leasing an RDX. My current car lease was up so I needed to get into a car ASAP. I was introduced to Lora Moore who was very professional and knowledgeable. I told Lora up front that I didn’t want to play games, had been shopping around and all I wanted was her best price. Lora listened to my needs and worked with Robert Westervelt to make it happen. We sealed the deal and they had me in my new RDX by Monday night. Hamad Matari was extremely organized and made signing the lease papers fast and simple. Great people, excellent customer service, high knowledge and no pressure. I would recommend this dealership! More

The process was quick and my Father picked up his car on Tuesday. He really loves the car!! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but also very patient with all my questions and spend as much time with me as I needed. She also gave me the time I needed to make my decision, but followed up with me a number of tiimes to make sure I had all the information I needed. Robert Westervelt, the new car sales manager, also made sure that I got the car I wanted at an excellent price. Jamie, the business manager, presented all my options without being pushy or trying to sell me something I did not need. All in all, this was a very easy, relaxing and enjoyable car buying experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Acura More

Too big for your britches. This dealership is an absolutely disorganized disaster. I've bought 2 vehicles there and although their price was good and the salesman was excellen This dealership is an absolutely disorganized disaster. I've bought 2 vehicles there and although their price was good and the salesman was excellent, (Paul Wong), their service department should be avoided like the plague. Recently, the repaired a brand new TLX.... That had been in an accident. My insurance company paid them close to $6k months ago, yet they have refused to refund the $140. That they charged me for estimating the repairs that they PROMISED to refund and in addition, literally held one of my employees hostage by refusing to return the car to because she forgot to bring a credit card with her. What is even worse, is that they took almost 6 weeks to repair the car. (My car sat on there lot for 2 weeks untouched per my insurance company). Finally, they called me to tell me the repairs were complete, but they said that they wouldn't be able to release the car until they received a check from my insurance company. They were given a guarantee of payment and they still wouldn't release the car. When they were finally paid, I went to pick the car up. Guess what?!? When I got in the car, every single idiot/problem indicator light was on! Really?! The car is ready?! In addition, they installed the wrong grill on the car. (For a different Acura model). My experience with this dealer was absolutely disastrous. Was the person who test drove the vehicle blind?!?. So, I had to immediately return the car and they held onto it for another month. When I asked what the delay was in picking up the car (after 2 weeks), they told me that they ordered the wrong parts. (Again?!?!??). Since I've gotten the car back, I've called 5 or 6 times asking for the refund of $140., And they still have not returned the money to me. Avoid this dealer like the plague unless you like, disorganization, the run around and your time wasted. I should have spent a few more bucks and bought the BMW. Guess what? Service on their vehicles is free! (From the dealer that I had visited) DCH is a disaster. You can keep the $140., Expletive, expletive, expletive. It's a sin because there are some nice people that work for that dealership. Thank goodness they have Victor Rodriguez and Willie Soto working for them. They know what they are doing and are professional!!! More
