Had a relatively pleasant sales purchase however everything thereafter from this dealership is a 0! Couldn’t reach my sales, calls went answered and despite kindness was hung up on to avoid answerin everything thereafter from this dealership is a 0! No one calls, updated, multiple calls just for very basic information, have you seen or evaluated the repairs on a brand new vehicle with major technical issues and when it maybe ready 1 day 25 days whatever! But no one ever calls back or responds to messages other then Maureen, who takes the information and says expect a call back. Guess what never does. Avoid this dealership at all levels! More

I came to this dealership after a terrible experience at Springfield Acura. Bonnie and Sales Manager Mark took care of me, and the process of getting my new RDX was great.
