Little did I understand the mathematics to the entire equation (very embarrassed), but as Kirsy broke it down I quickly understood I cannot afford what I wanted. She presented the option of leasing (which I never did in my life), but she assured me that Acura would be there to help me if and when I went over my miles (they wave 7500 or less) and help with wear and tear. The loyalty program definitely helped me feel at ease. Overall, they got me in a BRAND NEW car with my budget and i'm forever thankful. More

They also did work on the car ( brakes, tires etc) so you felt assured you were buying a reliable car that hopefully isn't going to need any work for a little while. Everyone was very friendly. When I decided it wasn't cost effective to spend more on a 15 year old MDX, I asked Victor Rodriguez in Service (who I've worked with for years) to refer me to a salesperson who would understand that I am a valued customer. He referred me to Lora Moore. Lora understood what I was looking for (and my budget!) and had several cars ready for me to test drive. She spent time with me and I was able to get a great car with low mileage that was within my budget. After the sale, she followed up with me to make sure that I was pleased with my decision. And when I went to get my registration, she even put my plates on - and she was wearing a dress! More
