We arrived on President's Day and met Abdullah Rahmoun and we sat down to have a talk. We wanted to look at the RDX and took one out for a ride. No push as we had experienced as with past purchases elsewhere and we were happy for that. We agreed to specifics and after a long wait, lots of customers that day, met with Hamad Matari. He was a pleasure to work with as well. We can honestly say that both Abdullah & Hamad went out of their way to help and came up with a few things to save us some money on the purchase. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had been car shopping for several weeks and the minute I ended up at Acura the experience was amazing. Paul did not rush or try to get me to buy quickly. He discussed options and helped me decide what my best options were. The staff is courteous and easy to work with. The finance department, Hamad Matari, was thorough and took his time going through the plan. He even shared information on teenage drivers. The whole experience was wonderful. I will never go to another dealer again! More
