He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had been car shopping for several weeks and the minute I ended up at Acura the experience was amazing. Paul did not rush or try to get me to buy quickly. He discussed options and helped me decide what my best options were. The staff is courteous and easy to work with. The finance department, Hamad Matari, was thorough and took his time going through the plan. He even shared information on teenage drivers. The whole experience was wonderful. I will never go to another dealer again! More

Since we had a background in both USAA and Costco my wife and I started with Alyssa Hrubash who started our transaction via the internet, she got us exactly what we wanted and then turned us over to Lora Moore who had all the Costco information, the test drive vehicle, and answered the myriad of questions that we had. Usually my wife steps away from the table during the negotiating, but in this instance we all got together and put this deal together in an atmosphere that could only be described as "comfortable". Even Jaime Borja showed his professionalism as he helped to conclude our experience. Note to DCH: hang on to these employees, they bring happiness and money to your Corporation. More
