Since we had a background in both USAA and Costco my wife and I started with Alyssa Hrubash who started our transaction via the internet, she got us exactly what we wanted and then turned us over to Lora Moore who had all the Costco information, the test drive vehicle, and answered the myriad of questions that we had. Usually my wife steps away from the table during the negotiating, but in this instance we all got together and put this deal together in an atmosphere that could only be described as "comfortable". Laura is very knowledgeable and she explained the features of the vehicle I was interested in, and what options were available. We then discussed the price for the vehicle I wanted to lease, the RDX, and the equipment I wanted. The deal was concluded the same evening. A misunderstanding developed about one of the features I expected to be getting and with the help of the Sales Manager, Robert Westervelt, this misunderstanding was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I could not help but feel that everyone I had any contact with at the dealership was interested in my satisfaction with my buying experience. But the way Lora and Bob extended themselves was something very special.
