A Vacation Saved Ten days ago, while driving on Rt. 287 North, my car was smashed by a drunk driver. It was deemed a total loss. As if losing my car wasn't bad enough, I was now guaranteed that my last vacation week of the year (beginning October 17) would be wasted looking for another car. When my vacation officially began, I scoured the internet looking for a reasonable replacement. When I would follow-up on any promising looking vehicles, I would immediately be met by double-talk...or happy talk...or shady talk (think Sopranos). Needless to say, I was in a foul mood as I wandered into the Acura dealership in Verona. Since Acura is considered an upper-end brand, I expected to again be disappointed as I explained my wish for an older, pre-owned car. And then a saleswoman named Kirsy introduced herself.and, within a matter of minutes, she had not only found me the perfect car...but I realized a portion of my vacation may have been saved! I have no idea what type of car people want, or how much they wish to spend, but I know everyone prays to deal with someone who realizes the importance of their purchase and will give them the needed (and honest) information to make the best decision. When I am ready for a brand new car, I am sure Kirsy will be the first salesperson I speak to. She may have the car I want, or she may not...but I can be sure that I will be dealing with a knowledgeable professional. More

Great Experience! I had been looking to buy a Honda Civic for the past month, but found the experience of going to dealers to be a stressful nightmare. BUT THEN, I found a 2013 Honda Civic online that I was very excited about and came in to DCH to check it out. I made an appointment with Colleen via email. It was great that I was able to email with an actual person and not a computer. I actually brought my mom to potentially co-sign because I am young and just started my career. I was nervous walking in but was instantly put at ease by the environment. Keith never made me feel pressured and I feel I was treated fairly and with respect. I even spent a long time deciding and asking endless questions and Keith was happy to give me the time and answers I needed. When it came to financing, I was honestly shocked (in a good way!!) by the rate that Jaime got for me becuase of my credit history (including student loans), but I was able to finance without a co-signer and at 1/2 the APR that I was expecting. I ultimately came in under budget and had a stress-free experience. I love my new Civic (the backup camera is amazing) and I cannot recommend DCH Montclair enough! More
