Great Experience! I had been looking to buy a Honda Civic for the past month, but found the experience of going to dealers to be a stressful nightmare. BUT THEN, I found a 2013 Honda Civic online that I was very excited about and came in to DCH to check it out. I made an appointment with Colleen via email. It was great that I was able to email with an actual person and not a computer. I actually brought my mom to potentially co-sign because I am young and just started my career. I was nervous walking in but was instantly put at ease by the environment. Keith never made me feel pressured and I feel I was treated fairly and with respect. I even spent a long time deciding and asking endless questions and Keith was happy to give me the time and answers I needed. When it came to financing, I was honestly shocked (in a good way!!) by the rate that Jaime got for me becuase of my credit history (including student loans), but I was able to finance without a co-signer and at 1/2 the APR that I was expecting. I ultimately came in under budget and had a stress-free experience. I love my new Civic (the backup camera is amazing) and I cannot recommend DCH Montclair enough! More

An Enjoyable Car Buying Experience I arrived late in the day on a Saturday because of a terrible accident that backed up traffic. I had traveled over an hour to look at a white Honda Crosstour that I found on the internet. It was a great price with low mileage and just what I was looking for. After a test drive with Kirsy, my Client Advisor, I was ready to purchase. I already had financing in place with my credit union but Hamad, the Business Manager, made some phone calls and got me a better rate, thereby letting me sign and drive. No need to come back on Monday with a check. Joe Fardella the Pre-Owned Manager negotiated a fair deal on my trade in, although he thinks I got the better end of the deal. Because of the late start, the dealership closed around us and all other staff left but Kirsy, Hamad and Joe stuck around for two hours for all the paperwork to be finalized and signed. Everyone I encountered from Amanda who I spoke to on the phone before making the drive, to the receptionist and especially Kirsy, Hamad and Joe made this an enjoyable car buying experience. More
