Great Experience I searched the internet for a slightly used Acura MDX with low mileage and found one at DCH Montclair Acura in Verona NJ. I called and first spoke I searched the internet for a slightly used Acura MDX with low mileage and found one at DCH Montclair Acura in Verona NJ. I called and first spoke to Corrina Rodriguez laying out the specifics of the SUV I wanted. It was a 2015 Acura MDX. From the picture, it looked like the interior was white or off white. Corrina told me that it was light gray so I asked her to please confirm and when she returned she kindly did confirm the light gray interior and told me the car was very clean. So I made an appointment to see the car. I met Keith Mickens, the used car manager and my experience got even better. The following is an excerpt from the thank you letter I wrote him: First of all, thank you again for everything you did. You and your team took very good care of Marie and I and I’d like to tell you that this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a car dealership. My intention was to see the car, test drive it and think about it for a day or two before making a decision whether to buy it or not. It was refreshing to see that the car we bought was exactly as advertised, there was no “bait and switch” like I expected and no pressure. It was well worth the trip from Connecticut. ask for Lora We had a great experience with Lora. She helped us get the lowest possible price, and helped us towards the final steps with a few extra perks. It was for my wife's birthday, and Lora even had a huge bow as surprise for her, and even had 3 smartphone camera guys stationed to get her reaction video! The manager Hamad was also very nice and helped us get all the extra warranty protection we wanted at no extra charge. The best part about it was that I didn't feel like I was being "sold" anything or "pressured" into anything, but that I truly got the best deal. I did my research and shopped at various dealers and this was by far the most casual and honest environment. I was treated with respect here, and I really appreciate that. Even though we spent hours with Lora, she was so patient with us! We'll be coming back to her for our next Acura. More

Walter Goldman's excellent client centered service. I had the good fortune of meeting Walter Goldman 3 1/2 years ago when I bought my first Acura. I asked for him this past May when I leased a new TLX. I had the good fortune of meeting Walter Goldman 3 1/2 years ago when I bought my first Acura. I asked for him this past May when I leased a new TLX. In short, he is a fine salesperson. He answers any questions that I ask, is patient (for those of us who are technically challenged customer ;-), and follows up with any concerns and feedback I requested. On two occasions, since I got my TLX, I have returned for more specific information: In both cases he took the time to go with me to the automobile, and again clarified my concerns. In three years.......?.......... I will ask to have him help me again. The Acura is a totally enjoyable driving and riding experience. More
