The manager Hamad was also very nice and helped us get all the extra warranty protection we wanted at no extra charge. The best part about it was that I didn't feel like I was being "sold" anything or "pressured" into anything, but that I truly got the best deal. I did my research and shopped at various dealers and this was by far the most casual and honest environment. I was treated with respect here, and I really appreciate that. He answers any questions that I ask, is patient (for those of us who are technically challenged customer ;-), and follows up with any concerns and feedback I requested. On two occasions, since I got my TLX, I have returned for more specific information: In both cases he took the time to go with me to the automobile, and again clarified my concerns. In three years.......?.......... I will ask to have him help me again. The Acura is a totally enjoyable driving and riding experience. More

Fast forward 1 year later and we were ready to add a second car to the family. We looked at other brands but kept thinking we should just return to the dealer that made us feel the most comfortable.
