When I arrived they had assigned me to a salesman and the demo was sitting and waiting for me to arrive and take a drive. When I sat down to discuss a price the salesman did not need to make 5 trips to the manager. When I picked up the car everyone involved were quick and professional. I would buy another Acura just due to the purchase experience. Finally my salesman Harry Jones was a real professional. More

Excellent. Abusolutely great service. I have bought previous cars from 4 different dealerships in past years. In the past month I have been to 5 different dealers looking for a used BMW an I have bought previous cars from 4 different dealerships in past years. In the past month I have been to 5 different dealers looking for a used BMW and after dealing with pushy, rude and sometimes deceitful dealers. I finally came accross this dealer. From the initial call to find out how later they were open the service was absolutely superb. Every person I communicated with at this dealership was, courteous, patient, but most importantly they were to my bewildering surprise honest and upfront. I think I appreciated that most of all Keith was the sales person, if he did not know something he just said, I don’t know let me find out, rather than lying like other dealers. They were very honest and knowledgeable on the financing front Jaime was great. Even Nick who drives a hard bargain allow me to walk away pleased. I always find something to complain about but these guys so far have been unbelievable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, looking for a fair deal, and knowledgeable reasonable people willing to work with you. I went in to look a a car and bought the same night. Keith actually close the dealership down close to 11PM to make sure everything was done. And even at the last minute when I was ready to leave he never rushed me, and made sure all my questions were answer. Even call me the next morning to ensure there were no issues. I can't possibly say enough good things about her who's name is Lora Moore , she helped a lot in the whole process, she was kind, thorough, patient and explained to me how the car works. The Finance person Hamad Matari was also terrific and pleasurable dealing with finalizing everything including maintenance plans, extended warranty etc.,. In between visits and phone calls my infrequent dealings with Robert Westervelt the office manager were most informative, sincere, reassuring and pleasantly humorous. I have been car shopping for the last month and the DCH Montclair Acura staff handled themselves better than any other dealership I have gone to. I truly felt heard and supported by these fine sales people. Never did I feel any pressure. It was more like working with friends. Car buying can be very stressful, but our experience was fantastic! Be proud of the service you are providing. , I felt very comfortable, thank you so much, you folks did an extraordinary job. I was nervous about buying a new car after so many years (being a senior citizen, I admit the technology intimidated me), but Harry Jones made the entire process easy. He patiently went through everything and was always available (and still is) in the following weeks and months when I had questions or needed to review certain functions of the car. I have to say that Harry has been the best car salesperson I've ever dealt with. More
