Also, sales people at other dealers were not so pleasant, easy to deal with, knowledgable or forthcoming with information. Everyone we encountered here was pleasant, professional and very approachable. We worked with Lora Moore who did everything right! She is knowledgeable, happily answered all questions and gave us as much information as she could. She seems very genuine and interested in satisfying customers as opposed to just selling another car. Also, the staff here appears to actually enjoy working here and with each other which results in such positive customer interaction. I've also had several follow up calls from Lora and the service department to answer any questions or provide additional information. Not only sales oriented, truly customer oriented. One of my best dealership experiences I originally had a deposit down on my Acura RDX at Curry Acura in Scarsdale but the day before I was supposed to pick up my car, they were extremely r I originally had a deposit down on my Acura RDX at Curry Acura in Scarsdale but the day before I was supposed to pick up my car, they were extremely rude, disrespectful and not accommodating at all as to what time I could pick up my car. Late Friday night/early Saturday morning, I spoke with the sales team at DCH Acura in Montclair and they were amazing from start to finish. They were able to match the exact deal I got at Curry and more. The customer service and attention to detail was incredible. Robert Colon, my Sales Rep, was very friendly, quick and not pushy at all. Tony Drewery, Sales Manager; Hamad Matari, Finance; and Annabel Galarza, Internet Sales, were also great to work with from start to finish as well. They were straight to the point and didn't try to push me around. Robert and Hamad got me in and out as fast as they could and I must say it was certainly one of the best experiences I've had working with a dealership.
