As well the Acura we bought had advanced technology such as rear camera, cell service, setting seat positions and side mirrors whose operate Lora clearly explained. Car buying the way it should be! I purchased my 6th MDX last week at Montclair Acura. The purchase started out on line with Anabel she was excellent gave me the pricing options and ac I purchased my 6th MDX last week at Montclair Acura. The purchase started out on line with Anabel she was excellent gave me the pricing options and actually quoted (approximately) my trade in sight unseen. Once the pricing moved into my range I visited the showroom. The new MDX has some major changes from the prior year and Robert Colon thought I should drive it. He was right the changes were substantial but still the same Acura quality and excellence. My wife needed more convincing with the push button trans. Once we agreed on price we were out the door in 10 minutes, returned 2 days later signing took about 10 minutes and 30 minutes with Robert to learn the new features and we were on our way. Seemed so much shorter than in the past and we liked that! The manager Robert was a great guy we shared some common values. Great experience and I can be a complainer More

I am a gay man and I can tell when people are making fun(snickering etc.) I brought my car into Montclair Acura for routine service. I had a gentleman named Vic that helped me and he was the kindest,friendliest service rep I have ever had! He treated me very well & kept me well informed the entire time my car was in getting the repairs. I liked the dealership so much I waited even though I was offered a loaner car. I am recommending the service department to all my friends & family especially Vic. Thank you Vic I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car or to get service on my MDX. I hope he reads this review-he was so kind and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to my next visit. More

Excellent car buying experience! I recently went to DCH Montclair Acura based off of a recommendation from a coworker. My father had just purchased an Acura at another dealership and I recently went to DCH Montclair Acura based off of a recommendation from a coworker. My father had just purchased an Acura at another dealership and I had every intention of going back. We went here just to get some pricing, and immediately were greeted and treated with such respect. I began my car buying process with Lora Moore, and I cannot stress enough how amazing she was! From the beginning, she listened to what I was looking for, made recommendations based on what I told her, and worked with us to get the best price. She never pushed me into purchasing immediately, and once I made the decision, she made the car buying process so incredibly easy. She was very knowledgable and never tried to persuade me with anything else. Buying a car can be a hassle, but Lora took the stress and anxiety out of it. We will definitely be back in the future, and I definitely recommend Lora to all for a great car buying experience! More
