Customer Service Non Existent My Husband and I went in to purchase a vehicle. We looked at vehicles on the outside and no one approached us. We went inside the showroom where the My Husband and I went in to purchase a vehicle. We looked at vehicles on the outside and no one approached us. We went inside the showroom where there were quite a few salesmen idling around and yet no one approached us. This has never been my car buying experience before. I guess DCH must be racking up the sales if they don't need to approach interested customers. I'll take my money elsewhere. If customer service doesn't matter to you then this is your place! More

Excellect Service!!! I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from DCH Montclair Acura. My experience was top notch from the moment I stepped into the dealership. Now that I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from DCH Montclair Acura. My experience was top notch from the moment I stepped into the dealership. Now that I have had my Honda for a few months, it is now time for my first oil change. I was a little unsure of the process so I reach out to a Latoya Davis and she informed me of exactly what I needed to do. She offered to set everything up for me when I was ready to come in. She even offered to give me a follow up call to remind me to set the appointment. Its so amazing to me that the customer service level is still exceptional even after the sale was made a few months back. This is what I call going the extra mile. I will definitely refer friends, family, co workers, and when my kids are old enough to drive I will purchase their first car from DCH Montclair Acura.
