This dealership was in a different league, people never ignored me, they smiled, and everyone was happy. That's why it was 10x busier, it starts from the top. The other sales people I met( at 3 other dealers) were not in the same class as Barry, he knew the product, he was easy to work with, and did all he could to sell me the car. He did not give up when I was wavering, as a salesman myself, it's called "closing" a sale. They earned my business, and did a nice job with the showroom floor. Other dealers did not impress me with the variety and styles of Acuras they put out for display. Maybe that's why it was just as busy on the 13th as it was on the 30th. More
