Being a new car buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed some additional information, and he was readibly available (even via cell phone on his day off) to help me through it with very extensive knowledge. He assisted me in a test drive and explained the benefits of the car comfortably. I never felt pressured to purchase, but was provided all the information I needed to make the right decision. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and would highly recommend working with Keith if anyone is in the market for a pre-owned car.
