They do try to make it easy I have dealt with DCH Montclair Acura for years, and return over and over to lease cars and for service. I continue to return because I feel the staff I have dealt with DCH Montclair Acura for years, and return over and over to lease cars and for service. I continue to return because I feel the staff is professional, and interested in the best care and service for the customer - not just themselves. The sales staff is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Leasing a new vehicle was made easier since I did not feel pressured to upgrade or buy accessories that I really did not want. I highly recommend them, and will continue to use them for service and purchasing other vehicles. More

They give fair pricing without pressuring you to make a decision now. More importantly, they work their financial institution relationships and leverage to get you the best deal. For my latest car, I worked with Keith for about a month looking for a pre-owned car that fit my budget. He consistently followed up as cars became available. My typical experience with lesser dealers involved inexperience sales staff, unclear pricing, and a painfully slow process . Not with Harry, he is professional and extremely knowledgeable. The pricing was clear and itemized, not just a handwritten figure on a blank sheet. When I had to leave the dealership after my first visit, there was none of the typical pushiness. Harry seemed confident he had clearly presented all the information that I needed to make a decision - he had, and I was back to sign the next week. Once I did the process moved quickly. Great experience overall. More
