We were looking for a used car and recently had a nightmare experience with Liccardi Ford. Barry and Rubin were polite, professional and did not put any pressure on us to buy. They were upfront about everything, thoroughly addressing all of our issues and questions. They tried to help and accommodate us as much as possible. They also had the 90 day guarantee buy back. The check engine light was on when we purchased the vehicle, so we took it back to the friendly service center at the dealership. They were extremely helpful, quick and gave us a loaner vehicle while they fixed the problem free of charge. We did not buy a top of the line, expensive car, but we certainly were treated like a top of the line customer. I hope to get all my future cars there if possible. I cannot say enough about the courteous sales staff and service staff. Our great experience at this dealership with Barry, Rubin and the service staff were above our expectations.
