Laid Back, No pressure, Just the facts Just leased my third Acura from DCH Montclair. Moved up to the larger MDX after 2 RDX's. So glad we did! I met with Walter 3 times in the process a Just leased my third Acura from DCH Montclair. Moved up to the larger MDX after 2 RDX's. So glad we did! I met with Walter 3 times in the process and each time, he was easy going, well informed and very helpful. Never pressured me to make up my mind, though I was very indecisive and looking at many different dealerships and a variety of vehicles. As a 60 something, I was feelng a bit overwhelmed with all the 2020 technology and really just looking for "old fashioned" interior luxury ( comfortable seats, space for passengers & a quiet ride) , not a tricked out space ship. Customer service at this dealership has always been terrific and once again, I am so glad we were able to find a vehicle that checked al lthe boxes ! More

Purchased pre owned volvo Excellent dealership and even better sales Associate Keith MICKENS. I had text Keith on a Sunday morning with an issue I was having and he responded i Excellent dealership and even better sales Associate Keith MICKENS. I had text Keith on a Sunday morning with an issue I was having and he responded immediately and the issue was resolved. I also needed to have an upgrade to software through a Volvo dealership to be paid for by DMC. Keith called me to make sure I was having it done. I recommend Keith M highly and the dealership. Everyone is polite attentive and genuinely nice. More
