Harry provided exceptional service from moment we stepped into the dealership. He arranged a dealer trade for us to obtain the RDX in the color of our choice. On the day we arranged to pick up the car, Harry spent over an hour with us going through all of the features of our new purchase in the middle of a downpour! We had issues with receiving permanent plates on time, so had been in touch with the staff at the dealership. After elevating our inquiry to the GSM Nitin B., we got a call back from the manager Robert W. What we got instead of a hint of empathy, was a bunch of condescending attitude. We literally spent less than 2 minutes on the phone and I got the following response from him --- "I am spending way too much time on this issue" and "let us put an end once and for all to this issue". That said, Nitin B. was excellent . Hence, overall rating is average. More
