This is my 3rd car I have purchased from Steve Chan. Steve provides us with great service & professionalism in helping us purchase our present CRV. So in 2001 we visited DCH Paramus and worked Steve Chan on purchasing our new Honda then. We were so happy with his professionalism & service that we continue to buy our Hondas with him. We traded in our '98 Honda CRV last month for the newer model "10 CRV. My husband had great times with the old '98 CRV. The newer CRV is quite a step up from the old model. We still have the 2003 Pilot. Honda makes a great product. We will definitely recommend Steve Chan to our friends and family when they are looking for a car and DCH Paramus. Steve provides great service and he is is like a family member to us. He is honest and straightforward. I have never had a problem with the service dept with all the times I had service there.
