I bought my new Odyssey earlier this week. When I first went in I was assigned to Gareth. He was extremely attentive, made me feel at home and answered all my questions. I informed him that I was in fact considering another car as well (not Honda), and he did not pressure me in any way. Rather, he understood that I was simply doing research, and acted accordingly. It was because of this visit that I decided to return. Gareth was busy when I arrived for my second appointment and handed me off to Hamlet. He too was extremely helpful and was clearly there for the customer. I test drove a new Odyssey on the road and a used one on the lot. I decided almost immediately thereafter, due to the service of both Hamlet and Gareth as much as the auto itself, to purchase a 2011 Odyssey. When I picked up the car, Hamlet could not have been more attentive had he tried. He reviewed every aspect of the car with me in the car itself, and was quite informative at his desk as well. CJ saw me in the hall and recognized me with a hello by name after having met me a week before for only a few moments. That too made a positive impression on me. Finally, the gentleman in finance (I forget his name) was a pleasure to deal with as well. The whole process was extremely positive and exceeded my expectations. Everyone at DCH Paramus was friendly and helpful. We only came in to test drive to determine if we wanted to go with another Honda Odyssey lease when our old lease was up in Feb 2011. Our salesperson Alex presented us with an offer that never occured to us and we walked out of the dealership 99% certain we'd be in a new car by Monday. When the color option we desired was not available at the Paramus location, the team went out and found the car we wanted and got it in within 3 days. I heard from our salesperson at least once every other day regarding the status of our new car, lease trade in and after the sale was done, updates on our DMV registration and plates. This is the second time we've leased a car through DCH Honda in Paraums. We live in Rockland County and only 5 miles from the Rockland Honda dealership, however we chose to drive to DCH Paramus because of our previous experinces there. I would highly recommend DCH Honda and Alex Bernabe and the rest of the DCH Honda Paramus team. More
